The fifth grade cooking club treated their families to a chicken parmesan dinner last Wednesday, which included salad and desert, as a culminating activity. This group learned how to cook with yogurt, eggs, tuna fish, pasta, and hamburg. Students often went home with the ingredients to recreate what they made in class at home for their parents. The group would like to thank Mrs. Young, Mrs. Nokes, Mr. Grillo, Miss Nelson and Miss Regan for their help! An extra special thank you to our eighth grade helpers Irie Hight and Taylor Prentiss for their help as well.
