AOS #94 participates in the Maine Learning Technology Initiative (MLTI). Click here to see MLTI’s website.
The MLTI seeks to provide 21st Century tools to middle and and high schools to support the attainment of the Maine state standards, the Maine Learning Results.
The MLTI has at its core 5 operational goals:
1) Equity,
2) Integration with Maine’s Learning Results,
3) Sustainability/Avoiding Obsolescence,
4) Teacher Preparation and Professional Development, and
5) Economic Development.
The 7th and 8th grade students in Harmony Elementary and Ridge View Community School are given laptops as part of MLTI.
Additionally, Dexter Regional High School students are given laptops.
